The Newport International Boat Show (NIBS), one of the largest and most prestigious boat shows in the Northeast, spans over seventeen acres with multiple interconnected show sites in historic downtown Newport, Rhode Island. Walk the docks and admire a spectacular display of shiny new sailboats and powerboats, some making their first-ever debut in the United States. On the land side, you’ll find hundreds of marine products, services and accessories to enhance the boating lifestyle. Also on deck are educational seminars, in-water boating courses and VIP experiences.

The Boat Show runs from September 11-14, 2025. This Fall event, set in a stunning location, offers even more reasons to visit. The Newport International Boat Show spans over seventeen acres across multiple interconnected show wharfs, marinas and sites: Newport Yachting Center, Hammetts Hotel, Perry Mill Wharf, Bowen’s Wharf, Bannisters Wharf and Market Square.  This must-see event takes place in Newport, Rhode Island both in the water with connecting docks and on-land, guiding attendees through the charming, historic backdrop of the Newport waterfront.

2024 #NIBS RECAP

Perfect weather and packed crowds filled the site, which expanded to include a new brokerage basin and the debut of the Windward VIP Lounge.

Additional highlights include educational sessions, sponsor activations, and the Newport for New Products awards program. With over 450 exhibitors showcasing boats from 15 to 90 feet, the event solidified its reputation as the premier boating show in the Northeast.
