What are the set-up days and hours?
Sunday, September 9th through Wednesday, September 12, 2012, 8am to 6pm. Please refer to the Move-In Tab in your on-line Exhibitor Kit for your specific move-in day & time.
What is your placement policy?
Previous year exhibitors (2011) have first rights to their same space with completed and signed contract submitted to Newport Exhibition Group by April 1, 2012.
Is there Non-Profit display space available?
Limited exhibit space is available for marine non-profits on a first come, first served basis. Please send a letter of intent and proof of non-profit status. Fee for a 10' x 10' space is $400. Cost does not include table, chairs or carpet.
Where is the best place to park at the show?
The best place to park for the show is at Easton's Beach, located at 175 Memorial Blvd, Newport. Parking is $15 per vehicle and continuous shuttle service to and from the boat show site (approximately 1 mile) is available complimentary with the parking spot. The parking lot and the shuttle service run 8am to 8pm daily. Handicapped parking and shuttle service is available at Easton's Beach as well. To purchase a parking pass in advance click here.
Are there concessions available on-site?
Yes, we offer a full menu of shoreline favorites and casual fare, including soups, sandwiches, raw bar and more, served at three new concession areas conveniently located right on-site. We also offer Exhibitor Bag Lunch service, available daily for your convenience. Pre-order by 11AM for next-day delivery to your display. Pick up your Exhibitor Bag Lunch forms on-site at the Show Office.
