IMPORTANT: NEWPORT FOR NEW PRODUCTS (NFNP) EARLY APPLICATION DETAILS

Besides being eligible to be named Best New Sailboat, Best New Powerboat or Best New Boating Product at the Newport International Boat Show (NIBS), being accepted into the Newport for New Products program (NFNP) gets exhibitors lots of valuable publicity. Now you can get even more!

 

Nominees for NFNP awards at NIBS have their company name as well as new boat or product name included on the Show website starting in August, listed in the Show Program in September, and most importantly, included – with photos -- in a full color, multi-page insert in the September issues of Cruising World, Sailing World and MotorBoating magazines, as well as being listed on the magazines’ web sites at the time the insert is published. Plus, if your application is approved after the regular deadline, we’ll send you Nominee logo artwork you can include on your own website in late July and in your September Show ads. Regular application deadline is June 30 and Nominee selections are made by July 10. So, publicity starts about August 1 for Nominees selected from June 30 deadline applications

 

IF YOU ENTER BY MAY 30, HOWEVER…we’ll process your application sometime in June and – if you’re selected as a Nominee – we’ll send you the Nominee logo art early so you can use it in August ads and get it on your website sooner. AND…we’ll list your boat or product as a Nominee on the Show website as well as the sites of Cruising World, Sailing World and, possibly, MotorBoating about July 1 where thousands of web site visitors will be able to learn about your new boat or boating product…a full month earlier than regular approved applicants!

 

Enter your new boat or boating product in the Newport for New Products program no later than June 30. But, to get the most out of your Nomination, enter early…by May 30, 2010!
