New Boats and Products Make their Debut in Newport.

Our "Newport for New Products™" program showcases new boats and boating products by featuring them in our advertising, marketing and PR campaigns. Consumers know that Newport is the place to see, touch, test, inspect and BUY new products every year. Last year over 60 new boats and products made their debut in Newport. Besides being eligible to be named Best New Sailboat, Best New Powerboat or Best New Boating Product at the Newport International Boat Show (NIBS), being accepted into the Newport for New Products (NFNP) program gets exhibitors lots of valuable publicity.


Nominees for NFNP awards at NIBS will receive the following:

  • Company name, photo and description on the Show website starting in August
  • A listing in the Show Program in September
  • Included – with photo -- in a full color, multi-page insert in the September issues of Cruising World, Sailing World and Yachting magazines, as well as a listing on the magazines’ web sites at the time the insert is published.

If your application is received and approved after the magazine insert deadline, we’ll send you "Nominee logo artwork" you can include on your own website and in your own ads.


Enter your new boat or boating product in the Newport for New Products program no later than July 9, 2014.
